Updated looks for my rarely seen "odd couple," Elijah the numbat and Retcher the rat.

I want them to show up in Kayla Komix at some point, but lately have been considering spinning them off into their own mini-comics. Only time will tell!

The beautiful Banded Anteater or Numbat, a marsupial, once widespread in vast swathes of Southern Australia. Today they are an endangered species. Europeans brought Red Fox w/them which decimated their numbers.

Chinese Water Deer! The males have tusks instead of antlers. A Numbat! They got long tongues. And I don't see many dolphins so!!
