Oh dammit it feels like a futile effort. Every art site alternative I look at has some quirk to it that throws me off.

I like Inkblot but that 5 scheduled uploads thing is criminal.

Its nice IG isn't locking me out anymore but I have to much to resize and upload. I hate this.

This got me to test image quality on Pillowfort, which I haven't used much yet: while files above a certain size (I tried 5.3MB/2500px, pillowfort resized it to 1.2MB/1400px) are resized heavily, small ones seem to more or less retain their quality. Seems similar to on Mastodon.

Resizing for various bodies TIP: Do you HATE having to resize gloves cuz every body has a different hand pose? Me too 'v' Consider giving some love to the pose brush in blender, it's very useful, especially if paired with the elastic deform one!

Some sprite creation studies I did. I basically took my drawing and turned Krita's resize filter off to "nearest", then manually retouched the sprites. Because I can't create pixel art through pixels! XD

I do 500x500px at 90 res (resize later), use CSP.
I definitely struggle doing the same character over and over and need to take longer breaks than usual.
Consistency isn't my middle name but I try my best.
