I am going with the assumption that Hathor and Sekhmet are indeed the same goddess as per myth and hieroglyph clue. And there is a chance that the two are influenced by the mirror (or the eye of Ra) hence the sun symbol. No other child of Ra has the sun symbol on them+

That has more to do with Vlad III—his father’s title was Vlad Dracul which meant “Vlad the Dragon”. He received it when he became a member of the Order of the Dragon. “Dracula” means “the son of the dragon”
