These 3 are the best Isekai series at the moment. Great world building & good written characters with high stakes. SOME nowdays drop a generic MC in a samey magical world w/ an airhead Harem, & feel it w/ fanservice every 2 mins to fill the runtime because they have no plot.

Idk, ive noticed alot of the official promo pictures have the samey expression of wide eyed, mouth open, soulless dead eyes. I can see where people are getting creepy vibes from it and want something familiar.

A new OC of mine that I will call Midnight for now. If I want to draw her more often in the future though, I'll have to change her or Tirana's (another OC) look a little bit, because their eyes and hairstyle are pretty samey.

A quick little piece of feral art.
It has always bothered me how either the characters I draw end up samey, with little distinction, or I can't keep a character looking consistently the same upon repeated drawings 😅 So practicing consistency and character design.

Brand new ref with several adjustment made to Asteria's design.
I also made her a tad bit taller than Saber. I tried to add contrast with Saber's much more lean figure, so they feel less samey.
Also fits better with her feisty nature.

i think the clothes in series 3 are unfortunately still pretty samey (im seeing a lot of pencil skirts and jackets) but overall it's such a huge improvement on series 2. these designs have way more personality and overall are more polished imo
