I really enjoyed working on Vertigo titles over the years. The best part was all the editors and the creators. They had a totally different sensibility. DMZ, Trigger, Deadman were cool titles, but the people I got to work with were even better. Loved me some

More stuff! I always start with thumbs first to manage pacing and layout. Vertical scrolling takes lots of planning 😭 Thank god for editors too. Then it goes pencils>flats>blends>gradients and local lighting>global lighting>Extra modeling and post process effects.

People who make royale high edits are talented, probably more talented than most GFX artists imo. I've seen some amazing work from people who make royale high edits. Sure they aren't "GFX" Artists however they are artists. Heres a few examples of the talent these editors have!

TV Tropes editors don't know what they're talking about at all. This section is about Perfect Blue, made back in 1997. Golden Boy was released two years earlier, Ninja Scroll was made in 1993, and Ranma, which has more nudity than 90% of modern anime, was made in 1989.

It’s funny how you can show the different aspects of your personality by using avatar editors / doll makers. Just super fun.
