According to the book, the ideal height of a character is 6,1/2 head heights so I kept the scale image seperate from the semi render. I also copied each of the stages so I can review what all of it looks like in the future if I so choose.

My daughters like to look over my shoulder as I’m painting to see the book covers I’m making. They enjoy seeing the picture evolve from rough sketch to laying in the colors and the final render. That didn’t happen this time. It’s not even finished and they refuse to look at it.

Okay so the left side is basically the one with lineart and the right side is my attempted render. I have no idea how renders work, I just smudge and blend so the lineart disappears aaaaa am I doing it right? is the rendered better or the lined? This is a whole new experimenttt
