Got myself a new tablet, and spent some time getting used to using a screen tablet. Had to draw my boy, Reinhard. Taking the time to mess with how I line, color, and shade, etc. I love having this thing.

Wow. Reading all these processes and I don’t think anyone does what I do 😅 I color the whole lineart as the skin color for the base. Then I clip each layer of color on that and do everything individually: base color, shade, extra colors. I soft shade, cel shade/highlight. Done.

This was a raven noise I’d never heard before. The bird was in the shade, so at first we couldn’t see the source, but it sounded very much like a chipmunk. Turns out it was the sound of raven regurgitation! Always something new to learn. 😊🖤
