For now, here's a prelim color scheme preview of the Draconic Sanctuary's Wolf Dragon (Ya Zi) Saint, a childhood friend to both Rigel / Fang and Hui Ling. Name pending.

I've been practicing for over 5 years now, I sometimes go thin or just thick when it comes to lineart.

It really depends on what I want to strive for, I normally do pixeled lineart for full illustrations for my ocs.

Da Ge does a cool speed paint, and I’m like “check out my process that’s 90% really bold lineart.” Also!! I do flip my canvas!! Procreate just doesn’t show it for some reason. Dhshsjskksksks

I completely agree with this! While studying the YI style and digging up so many refs ended up separating my commission options for it in 2 seeing that the YI DS promo art is pretty much the modern designs with sketchy lineart. So i totally see where you’re coming from.
