Looks like the shape keys didn't survive the file corruption, I'll have to remake those now, texture is mostly done though. The weight painting is pretty messy in parts but I'm honestly not sure it's fixable just because of how the mesh is built

Improved the Inabakumori model a lot from the last time I posted about it. Adjusted the face expression, cleaned hair mesh, and adjusted proportions a bit. Also edited the outline stencil so that the outline only overlays the outer rim of the model.

I owe so much. She taught me how to properly reorganize the topology of my meshes, and not just unsubdivide.

Not only is it useful to maintain the mesh integrity, but it's incredibly optimized. (It can go even lower than pictured!)

For those asking, a small breakdown:
There are 6 "keyframe" meshes toggled on and off like a 3d spritesheet.
The shader on these meshes is rounding the vertex positions to different gridsize for each frame, also an offset of the mesh can be done here.
