Well, here it is. Today's drawing and colouring practise.
Melinda finally looks a bit more human, compared to my last few attempts, and that makes me happy! Huge thanks to everyone who gave me advice on the WCT Discord! I will keep trying to get better.

today I unleash the hairstyle meme on 's orc man Korodall. lots of favourites with this one~!

these memes have also been super useful with colour practise, especially blood flow in the face (cheeks, nose, ear-tips)

Whee how fun! I haven’t had much time to do digital art recently so it was really fun to practise and participate in the DTIYS of the lovely this month.
This is my interpretation of “CandiCat” her original character for the challenge!

Well, I tried! I can see *some* progress, so I am kind of happy. I still really need to practise symmetry, anatomy positioning, eyes and cell shading, but I do like how Melinda's hair highlights went at least?

I do also want to try drawing more of the bust.

2018 vs 2021

I would like to say - never give up. I used to believe my art is not good enough and I will never be able to create something I like. Ofc patience and practise were required, but finally I reached my goal - I'm proud of myself as an artist ^^
