Equu-ped for heavy cavalry use. Due to unavoidable circumstances, the tech & design has remained mostly unchanged in the centuries since the glory days of old, which ended when everything came crashing down in an ecologically-unsustainable flood of giant monsters. 1/x

rewatching ep15 on a whim. references to change everywhere. shannon bio endured for 9 years yet remained unchanged (institutional stasis). later misato & kaji's 8-year hiatus forces Qs about change on an individual Lvl (interpersonal stasis); ritsuko compares to biological stasis

Those who know of demon culture inevitably know of Asmodeus, a higher ranking demon with pure, brute force and an insatiable bloodlust. For years, this demon has remained unbeaten after countless battles against countless foes with nothing but his bare hands.

A biographical movie about Suvorov, last Generalissimo of the Russian Empire, who remained undefeated his entire career. Ideological divergences with Paul I force his retirement later into his life.
Cherkasov is perfect for the role and the movie is just brilliant.
Very quotable.

📅#OTD 1643, the Earl of Essex, commander of Parliament's armies, threatens to resign.
He insists that his rival, Sir William waller, isn't given an independent command.
It would take a personal visit from John Pym to smooth this over - and Waller remained subordinate to Essex.

I scanned this one using a CanonLide Scanner, I really liked the way it remained true to its original colors. I hope you guys like it 😉

Sad narrative fan art~~~ Taking the Lantern and left to tend to the pyre of his lost brother's soul. All trees fell in the orchard until only "one" remained...and still...the lantern hungered.

My present work is new ideas laced with old thoughts and memories. A lot of shit I used to think was so backwards, I was so full of guilt and that creates lust greed dishonesty and worse. Creativity has remained an honest outlet to learn about and grow through my impurities.

Oh the wild beast has been tamed through the magic of Breaded Fish Filet™️. Some things seem to have remained after the transformation 😂 teefies ✨

其实背后还有锡兰大小姐的贴贴和背景没画完，剩下了的之后一定会补完的！敬请期待啦～

There should have been a Ceylon Sama at behind with a background, but my time is limited so I post Schwarz first with a casual background. I'll finish remained parts later! So please stay tuned~

listening to the biggering demo got me thinking about how movie onceler should’ve remained faceless like in the book (that’s just one of many many poor decisions in that movie tho of course)

So this year I'm gonna try to do an art prompt for the first time! I'm feeling very excited
Day 1-First OC
Ian and Kim. Ian's design has dramatically changed through the years, but Kim has remained the same for almost 15? years

Some more screenshot redraws of concept luz and amity, plus amity in some Shouko (girl from silent voice) poses I found since the concept amity lowkey remained me of her.
Also 2 random out of context doodles

"Is it a miracle or tragedy that your heart has remained so soft?"

Surprising no one, I have drawn more TBC stuff. Sort of a revisit of my old thought on halos, but mostly just distraction and telling myself I'm practicing brushes.

These are the sketches I made on my phone in the 8bit painter app on August 23 and 28. Had better things to do, so they remained just like this after 5 or so minutes spent on them. Might redraw them on PC later, IDK.

Blade who was this weird mess of a lovechild NiGHTS FC and evolved into my fave boyband reject with trust issues

Strangely enough, since 2010 his personality has remained almost intact

17: Kopaka

i'd usually HATE characters who are all "everyone is incompetent BUT me", but he's an exception because he really IS one of the most talented of the toa mata

also his mask design has remained amazing since day one all the way to the end

Lex Luthor.

As a villain I still relate to his antitheism, belief in humanity and seeking important truths.

But the Rebirth era Lex was honestly my hero.
A man who learned, changed and became a more decent, compassionate person, not overnight but gradually, yet remained himself https://t.co/N9EGnIciEL
