Hey! A lot of you have been asking for new merch and it's finally out! :) I have a new super cute skirt design. The fabric is soft and flows nicely over a petticoat and even the thickest of diapers. <3 ;D

Summer: the time to appreciate that air-conditioning has been invented and long dresses with layers of petticoats have gone out of fashion.
Looks like ruby traded the petticoat for boxers. Sad to see them go but I still love her new design!
Happy #Tuesday. It's a little grim today, not a bad time to sit back and watch reruns. Stuff we loved and never questioned. Our kids however, well, time's have changed. Watch Al and his son share a monent in https://t.co/fpoAJxXCet #comicstrip #petticoatjunction

This robe à l’anglaise (c.1770) was made from silk damask dating to the 1730s. Reusing such fabric was a common C18th practice. The gown opens at the front to reveal a matching petticoat, at this time made to be seen. IMG: https://t.co/sKSC3KuUEl @metmuseum
Smashed out a #metsona, not sure if I hit the brief but I like it? The skirt is kind of pillows of tulle filled with freshly cut flowers, with a giant puffy petticoat underneath.
Where did the Welsh costume come from? It’s mainly associated with Augusta Hall, who designed the costume to include a hat, petticoat and bedgown. In the 1830s Hall asked A. Cadwaladr to create a series of watercolours of Welsh county costumes. https://t.co/MXKtAJyp5T #Archives30

Today's #OOTD is a 1865 silk French gown by Mme Marguerite @metmuseum. Just look at the volume on that skirt! By this time, the caged crinoline was in circulation making it unnecessary for the numerous amount of petticoats to create that huge bell shape #FashionHistory
#FridayFrills Here is a 1775 robe a francaise from @LACMA. It has the typical sack back with a matching petticoat, although I'm sure it would have touched the ground and that this mannequin is purposely tall to show off the shoes. But look at that stomacher! #FashionHistory
