More progress on Rin! Normal editing is really really cool, helps to make things look infinitely better. Hopefully I'll be done with this soon~!

The Cyber Boots are slowly being joined by the rest of the Cyber Girl outfit! Still got some rig tuning to do to prevent stretching. Also, this will be released at some point to help fund the development of BEER render engine!

Line tests so far. 1st is using 's Outline Node Build + Bevel based internal lines, 2nd is inverted hull+bevel lines. This is Cycles because bevel only works there, but it can be baked to use in eevee since these don't deform much

I don't really do NPR much anymore, but a few days ago I was bored so I decided to model Star Breaker.
She's pretty cool and returning to NPR was really fun.

I don't think I'm gonna do anything with this, but maybe one day.

Here is a WIP of a Lio Fotia character design I'm working on. It's been a lot of fun so far, so I might go ahead and take a shot at the rest of the body.

Cyber Boot buckles, clamps, tread, etc. Going for a contrast of hard surface metal, cloth, and rubber. Which part is what? I'm not sure yet! But I think that's a silly enough level of detail. Time to move on to the rest of the outfit!

My first go at animating a run cycle for a character (albeit a chonky droid). Still lots to do, but I feel really good about all the stuff I'm learning.

Practicing some normals editing on my WIP! The ponytail is just flat materials for now. The rest I've been playing around with.
