Skaar’s design in the mcu has to be one of the worst adaptations of a comic book character I have ever seen. All you had to do was give this man long hair and tattoos and you couldn’t even do that.

Think they were going for the monk-like, tonsure-esque hairstyles of the Shadow People from the comics (which included Skaar's mom, Caiera).

It was a very spiritual society with a class of "Saka" priests, so the oddly shaved head of MCU Skaar may be leaning into that aspect.
