I did the 256 thingy

And Gradient Map 5, set to Pin Light at 40%, using our warmer tones again.

You can create a similar colour palette manually, but this way helps if you don't know what you're looking for just yet. All it takes is slowing Photoshop to a crawl.

The final step is to add texture!
