So, I used to be a big fan (of the 4Kids version, specifically). I also used to think that speedpaints were done in real time, so these were my attempts to paint as quickly as I could. Pretty damn good, considering GIMP is... yeah. I miss having 8gb of RAM 😭

I'm a mostly traditional artist but I started trying to improve at digital after getting a laptop this year, the first pic is the first drawing I've done 100% digital (in a long time anyway). The second I did a few weeks ago, experimenting with GIMP's oil brush set.

Majorly gimp standards/production quality:
We *could* have made this choice at some point, which would make things look more in line with Originals work + is probably more sustainable. In fact, we even experimented with this; we wrote a reason in the story itself to justify it.
