It started small, but spread quickly. The immediate populace was first infected. Gov. help soon arrived, and then came The Avengers. Despite gov. initial "miscalculations," Cap was able to formulate a strategy, and confidently lead his teammates into action.

I like it more when they cover the eye(Kurumi) instead of having the hair being transparent like the one in Zombie Land Saga. The exception is something like Ryuko. That is fine. It just looks weird when the entire eye is see through. >~<
