just today my doctor diagnose me with Bipolar but we're unsure. A mental disorder that causes severe depression, and something my mother lived with her whole life. she cried in my arms as she blamed herself giving it to me, as it can be genetic..
I'm scared, we all are. . .
I was just diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, and it explains so much about myself. I’m hoping to explore it more with my therapist and get whatever help I need in order to better myself and become more independent again!
