Although you say “super hero costumes,” I have to say that John Buscema’s younger brother Sal designed a lot of fantastic villains. Sal Buscema has Ruby Thursday, the Zodiac, U-Foes, and Squadron Sinister on his list. Some are pretty wild but they are memorable and long lasting!
