Kogawa's a wonderful designer, and it's great seeing him work with more exaggerated visuals in Xabungle! Recommend looking at the OVA Cool Cool Bye if you haven't already, it's breezy fun and one of the only times aside from Xabungle where he gets to work in that style!

both characters are circa 1999 (though the human's model on the right is not the original model and is circa 2001)

their names are Lord Elgnub and Nottap Ekim, which when reversed is Lord Bungle -> Mr. Bungle and Mike Patton
