#Huevember2022
Late to this, but want to try this challenge using ocs who has color themes similar to the day. Ngl, the yellows will be the hardest for me just because I don’t usually use yellows of this opacity.
Day 1: Christine (songs of the past)
I messed up the layer opacity consider this the real version
@zonakaryaid yg ini :
- base color opacity 50% brush medium atau yg pointy tips, tumpuk terus sama sekalian shading warnanya
- finishing helai buat detail, pake opacity full ukuran brush kueciiiil di layer teratas.
rambut justru part favoritku pas nggambar nder 🥺
This effect can be done with any color other than green, and it can be on any % opacity! It rlly depends on what I'm working on, here's how the same colors look in different tones, same mode and opacity (exclude and 30%) (3/5)
i coloured this but realised i didnt even like the colours and no way in hell im redoing them. so lower opacity. focus on the cute lines
This can also change with lighting and shadows, which can also be done without changing the skintone. As well as even changing the opacity. Anything is possible as long as long as you effectively show off a darker skintone. Either way, poc will greatly appreciate the effort:)
@ackel_trash Sorry if you misunderstood but I was coloring using colors at 20-40 opacity which is why skeppy’s skin is lighter then it useally is. You can see that bbh is gray, not black too so uh yea, maybe pay attention to the coloring style?
Here’s another happy duo art I did
@kloudzero_ What I do is some hard shading and then use the airbrush to have a softer look to the darker parts, then an add layer to get soft highlights and some lines to show the harder highlights. Then I just airbrush the skin tone on the hair next to the face, lower the opacity then done!
Adjust more the size and opacity to your desireable result and you're done!
In an attempt to show age on a @HeroForgeMinis creation, I took my initial design, then found https://t.co/Kony2yub9o, passed my picture through its tool.
Then in @GIMP_Official selected the face area and copied the old one over. Set opacity lower to decrease age effect.
Which one do you like more, my pure solid lineart or the one with opacity and softer?
I'm struggling to choose
Welcome to Create-a-Franklin Number 2!
The line work is a low opacity so you can trace the lines, which gives you more options!
Maybe you want to build a Franklina?
I may add your traits to future Franklins!
The winner gets a Franklin, revealed later.
Ends 11/11 Goodluck!
@ozornayashoujo here ya go! hope this helps ::3
and the brush i use is a blending brush but its on a super low blend setting, i think the glossy look might from over blending the colors (if i got the right idea hah) also the brush is a triangle shape and i draw with size/opacity with pressure!
Some #OmegaStrikers #fanart of X and Dubu approaching each other in stylish fashion.
Went experimental with shading here
Did felt marker, then reduced opacity, then took a soft erasure and smoothed out the rough parts
Color studies (warmups at uni) - Using 100% opacity to force ourselves to simplify and avoid blending for learning purposes.
WAIT SO I COULD JUST DUPLICATE MY ART BLUR IT THEN PUT THE UNBLURRED VERSION ON TOP WITH LOW OPACITY AND GET THIS DECENT ASS LOOK?!WHY DIDNT I KNOW THIS SOONER?!
