GOD EMPERORS, acrylic on 30"x40" canvas commission! I need to invest in a bigger scanner; I had to scan 21 times and adjust the lightings and it's still a little wonky here, but it definitely looks better in real life.

Bad sides of traditional - if you failed you failed. If you don't have scanner and proper light in room - photo looks like -100% of how it looks irl.
Good side of digital - you can fix your traditional sketch

Is this the same elephant drawing I shared before - yes. But I just used photoshop for the first time to stitch scans of it together. Really pleased with the scanner as the colours are more true to life than the photo on my phone and overall looks warmer. Like a big elephant hug.

First cool thing is, that I don't need a USB cable anymore, because it can scan via Wifi!!

I started this a month ago, and didn't like it, so I stopped after the base layer. I saw it last night and decided to try finishing it up.
The background is a really granulating purple, and the scanner didn't pick it up well.
