spot the model with the overlapping UVs!! =) you only notice this after lightmapping. a quick fix in the import settings, but really shows what lightmaps are: a shadow skin texture!

Broken pieces are neat like that for creative freedom! A striking highlight against dark spots really packs a punch for lighting. Scratchy strokes for rough surface texture!
