Started working on Cass and I'm trying to see how well I can model her hair by "drawing" it with vertices first. It's a slow process😥
Studying adjusting vertices with Blender and a good way of importing to three.js. Humm...
@HBJohnXuandou Either way... At this point in game development when you're doing something like this, just... Why NOT use angled boxes? It almost doesn't make sense to NOT use them. The hurt box could be done in 6 vertices easy, and be more accurate.
🤷♂️
EZLattice is a Blender add-on for quickly adding lattice editing to multiple objects, single objects or selected vertices in edit mode. You can easily add and apply lattice operations to enhance your models. https://t.co/ddQRmqFsiq
unreasonably proud of that collar so far and i'm glad i stayed up past my Very Adult bed time to fight against whatever issue maya was having with magical teleporting vertices
@nihilocrat Try connecting the vertices, the shape you're looking for is still there but it defaults to weird shapes like that if there's no set edges
I want to delete the vertices in the first image and get the second image. Instead, I get the third, and spent ~3 minutes just creating faces to make these screenshots.

hmm today i will dissolve some unnecessary vertices (clueless)
2894 faces / 5484 vertices / 5 data carts 😱
#virtuaracing was missing a #pico8 port + 3d engine show off 😜
Gorgeous track model extracted from Genesis ROM (impressive work #sega!)

So, I brought the file over to the latest beta build of blender, and while viewing the model in texture paint mode, I get this frightening mess. Moving the view around causes the surfaces to flicker, like they're z-fighting. There are no overlapping vertices. Single faces.
It uses this https://t.co/NNmcDn1B4P as the basis for its calculations. To replicate copy the same code, replace the tex2D with tex2Dlod and displace the vertices in the direction of the normal based on the noise value.
40 cooperative polygons all share two vertices.
N = number of sides
B = sides below shared vertices.

Ortho offers a simple and interactive way to define a plane that fits a selection of vertices in a mesh and offers a set of tools that operate with respect to this reference plane. https://t.co/Ez2XOT6H6k
