Today was the day to test some procedural workflow to generate low poly crystals and proper UV for gradient textures.

Building a scene & props was enlightening.Rebuilding it 2 more times with alternate props & lights was such a rewarding experience.Learning the proper workflow was key. My humble thanks again Big Boss.😉🙏🤘❤️

basic workflow for killua art I’m still not close to done but I’m a bit burnt out from staring at it so I might drop it for a while to study styles bc i am not happy with my style

I'm really happy with how this illustration turned out. This is a nice hybrid workflow between fully rendering and doing flats or cel.

I usually use a grey "color mode" layer to check values, but this is why I prefer working directly with color. Read tweets below for detail...

3D Program: *Has Sculpting Tools*
Me: (Despite working with clay since I litarally was 3) "It will probably not change much if I include it in m workflow..."

...
Never have I been so wrong xD

This is a nice concept for an art share!!

I’m pretty convinced that I’m one of the messiest sketchers our there xD it’s honestly been getting in the way of my workflow, so I’ve been trying to actively sketch cleaner with thinner lines like in my second WIP :D

This is why I enjoy my new workflow & not rushing. I really get to sit down & enjoy the comics and not just look at them as videos...

Like this moment, Batman(Damian) hugging Jim in DCeased... This needs to be savored...

Moments like this make me enjoy 's writing.

Everytime I change how I approach my art my workflow goes out the door

Finished a D&D character for a patreon a little while back and forgot to share! I was stoked with the final result (plus anything piratey is my jam) Switching between my samsung tablet and photoshop on pc for a new workflow

Learning some Grease Pencil to clean up lines generated by and filling in some missing spots. GP workflow and performance has improved a lot since I last tried it in 2.8 beta, but still annoying issues with minimum thickness and stroke joining

Grabbed some more detailed Chrono Trigger sprites to test this out with. I'm very much enjoying this, and can see where I can improve Sprytile tools to enhance this workflow more.

Uhmmmmmmm. Holy crap, auto UV adjustment plus the new extrude options in 2.9 opens up a lot of possibilities for workflows. Meshed this out in under 7 minutes.

Here's a quick process image of the last workflow test I did. Good lines honestly let you get away with all sorts of BS in the coloring stage.

Sai Workflow:
I do lines -> Soft airbrush gradient shading -> Loose/softened cel shading with watercolor fringe

Fantasy settlement for a discord group challenge. Used blender to make a simple base and then started painting over that. I really like the idea of mixing 2D and 3D workflows. Also dinomounts.

First of the alternate versions. I'm trying to get a good workflow for making variations of the same basic art with minimal new work needing to be done.

Working on a subject for a mural. This is the assignment for class on Skillshare "Best of both Worlds: Design a Mural through Digital & Analog Workflows"
