One of my very favorite Japanese SF works, a dystopian novel with yuri overtones and themes of bodily autonomy. This would be Itoh's last work before his passing at age 34. The movie is drastically underrated and has beautiful environments.

I think a neat feature would be like a "relaxing mode". Basically an extra where things go silent (or choose different environments; Forest, diner, beach, etc) and just listen to your belly gurgle, slosh, and etc! Same can work for inflation too!
