One of my favorite things about #BreathoftheWild when I played it the first time was the dragons that roam the map. It's so magical seeing them float through the sky in the distance.

Basically I put gradient map on while I draw so it is all actually in grayscale except for the red and peach color layers. Last pic shows gradient map. Darkest value is black and lightest is white and then in between is indigo, blue, pale green, pink

After creating one of those trendy 3D images for Facebook by painting height map by hand, I had to try painting normal map. Painted in Clip Studio Paint and 3D lights and scene in PS. Sadly haven’t tried this earlier. It would’ve been useful for some animated stuff I have done.

Upload your 3d depth map and actual photo in fb (in this order) and it'll do the magic for you. The farther the object is, the darker it is in the depth map. I'm not sure if filenames have anything to do about it, but do it like this just in case.
