I don't usually do lineart. For the first one i did another sketch and then straight to rendering. For the second one I did a thumbnail (The one i uploded), cleaned it a bit, cleaned again and then render.

Like I rarely do lineless art cuz whenevr I do the style doesn't look very... stable/solid but this method allows more freedom in painting imo 🤔 here's a comparison of recent pieces with and w/o lineart. What do you think abt this?

Basically I do as much colouring/effects as I feel is enough to get the general feel/look I want on a piece before lineart. So then I have roughly all the colours I need for the final piece. Then I just refine and do LOTS of adjustments.
