I watched a discussion of this film by Red Letter Media the other day, in which they were sort of laughing at how crummy the film looks. I couldn’t disagree more—I think it looks beautiful. Almost every shot is worth a screenshot to me.

You could give neon a Coat like from tron (if you want to give him a coat and keep the glowing factor)
