2/Lt Harold Sankey entertains his chums on his trench piano - incredibly, I was able to base this illustration on the surviving piano. With input from the family I added other little details, such as the water dispenser, to recreate a scene of which no other image exists.

It saddens me to no end how much this war is taught as just a foot note back when I was in highschool
So I'm making these pictures so hopefully we never forget this seminal tragedy

the WW2 theme feels too similar to WW1 to feel differentiated and fresh

I also have no problem with females in vidya or war, but the way they're approaching it feels like forced pandering

Aside from Citadelfall, I also create designs for my Nationstates nation, Sonitusia. Here I came up with my own rendition of a turret rifle set for WW1 standards. Instead of using open bullets, now gun is loaded with sealed cartridges.
