My Hero Academia by Kōhei Horikoshi - I've been following this author for a while from his previous work, and was happy to see how big of a hit this series became. You could tell early on that it was going to be the next big thing.

My fanart of from
Horikoshi's story telling really isn't the best, but his character and suit designs are top tier and really fun to draw ^^

Horikoshi à expliquer que le dessin de Izuku et Ochaco qui se tiennent la main est qu'il a voulu pensé à quoi ressemblerait leur relation si il voulait la développer !

Horikoshi originally designed the Jump GIGA Spring 2021 cover with Todoroki having both fire and ice effects, but they decided to remove the effects as it would be easier to read the text instead 😅

Here's what Horikoshi's original design looked like!🔥❄️

the fact that horikoshi consistently emphasizes & re-emphasizes the importance of bakugou & deku reaching out & taking each other's hands thru a variety of highlighted parallels really does cement the thematic relevance & overall importance of their relationship within the story
