DeviantArt user Primpri made a mod - you can fully customize the colors.

Below are 4 examples of custom themes I recolored. first one is my synthwave styled I use at the moment.

I hope many more artists find this mod. It's great!

So to artists that color your outlines...
Do you color them as you go? Like as you draw them?
Do you go back and recolor them after?
Or do you use a clipping mask on your outline layer to color them?

I use a clipping mask. It works well enough

Base, Enchantix and believix were the last to be the most individual to eachother. After season 4, not only the transformations literally look the same but recolored, but the casuals and other outfits as well.

Was a good challenge and I had fun doing the mask !
I managed the colors better on the second one, might redo it at one point but taking the entire 16x16 space (as it's just a recolor / edit of the first one for now)
