Sometimes I worry like...the comic panels individually aren't like SUPER AMAZING but... seeing the improvement feels good.

@gothic_queer Very minimal descriptions; but I go for a super abridged version of prose dialogue. For special effects and scenes I go for more abstract descriptions of what i want specifically.

This held up WAY better than I thought it would. Story twists and turns so seamlessly along with having great performances and slick dialogue. Doesn't drag in any places. What's not to love?

@sensorite_simp I don't think that the overall story is great, and as a Wally West fan, man I hate what Tom King did to him...
But individual scenes are absolute triumphs, and Tom King gets tragedy, depression and death down so, so well in his dialogue.

Step By Bloody Step is no joke. A complex and expansive sci-fi fantasy told with ZERO dialogue. Simon Spurrier and Matias Bergara just performed a masterclass on quality storytelling. Mat Lopes's colors leap off the page and stick with you for hours. Incredible first issue.
