So far it's pretty much a generic weapon trail..
But since I wanted a highly stylized & cartoonish(?) weapon smears that mimics the ones in my art style,
I've applied some texture to the weapon's trail to kinda mimic those... things.

So according to the last RT, Masamichi Ishiyama was the one responsible of the eye smears in Eizouken Looking back, they also had worked in another modern cartoon which didn't shy away from FUN.
