I wouldn't blame IDW's Shadow on Evan and Ian, remember how much better he was handled in the archie run? Ian has gone on record saying that Sega wanted Shadow writen a certain way. we can only hope Frontiers reception helps convince Sega to return him to what he used to be.

But in the other hand. The some of the redeeming qualities that Ian Flynn shows with Shadow are enough to show me that's it's not all bad. Overall tho, I feel the main thing that needs to be changed are the Sega mandates for Shadow, that is what's really holding Shadow back.
