A small little post on the way I have been doing these recent sprites.

- Straight lines work out my pose.

- Quickly sprite down a map of the materials blobbing them out without outlines and then carving them to a shape that feels "Right".

- Shade, fine detail, and refine.

Tiered Pools Cave

I drew this map to explore a suggestion received during one of my streams.

The main cave contains a series of pools that descend over 9 tiers from upper left to lower right. It connects to either the Darkling or the Eleint Passages.

i'm so glad dc is using tawny again.. like she was dc's first prominent black reporter and they just kept her in limbo for the longest. i think the harley quinn show put her on the map again and since then she's been in a nubia and wonder woman comic.
