Watched Black Sabbath (1963) the classic Italian horror anthology from maestro Mario Bava who is in top form here with a brilliant use of color and lighting throughout. Containing three stories a giallo a vampire story & a ghost story watch the Italian cut the US recut the film👍

La nuova edizione di Alessandro Editore de "Il Marchio Giallo" è in formato A4 con cover alternativa. La storia è sempre quel gran classico che si merita tutte le chiacchiere che si porta dietro, ma non ho capito se c'è anche altro, rispetto alle vecchia edizione.

Watched Phenomena (1985) or as the cut version is called Creepers and it still holds up! Maybe Argento's most bonkers film to date with a great mix of horror fantasy & giallo. Having Michele Soavi as first AD, Luigi cozzi on FX & a badass 80's metal soundtrack it's a must watch👍

Los compañeros de imparten en su último programa una auténtica 'masterclass' sobre un subgénero que a mi personalmente me entusiasma: el 'giallo' italiano. Hacedme caso y antes de escucharlo coged papel y boli para anotar títulos y directores. Muy recomendable.
