If you ask me about which mangaka i want to come back for Weekly Shonen Jump. I will say Shun Saeki, ilustrator of Shokugeki no Soma. His artstyle especially color palettes and female character designs are great. It's shame that Yuto Tsukuda the author messed up with the writing.

While I'm thinking on the Rance series, I've gotta mention Patton. I love how he went from a boorish, sneering antagonist in Rance III (1991), to having a full redemption arc to the point of becoming the good-natured deuteragonist of Rance IX (2014). Great character writing.
