If you know any Percy Jackson/fantasy adventure fans, then this cracker by @jamarperry should be their next read. It is Harry Potter meets Black Panther, but the 'normal-kid-is-the-chosen-one' trope is made fresh by the infusion of Igbo folklore & links to historical slave trade.
My 3yo is asking for these books nightly. They are absolute gems, by @malorieblackman & @DapsDraws and @MichaelRosenYes & @HelenOxenbury respectively. They are a wonderful pair to talk about family, imagination & adventure. I wonder what other old/new books fit so perfectly?
I always let them choose from a selection & there are loads I still want to offer: Ghost, The Night Diary, Race to the Frozen North, Beetle Boy, The Storm Keeper's Island, Clockwork, Orphans of the Tide, Holes, Can You See Me?, Malamander. What are y'all thinking for final books?

After three months devouring comics on Marvel Unlimited (never been a huge comic reader before), I have to say these runs have to be up there with the best and most gripping stories I've ever read. Are there any others I have to get under my belt? @RuddickRichard @rcharlesworth
@royjamesmoss @Jo_Bowers @imaginecentre Looking forward to reading it, Roy! I've just read three (very different!) books and am determined to get all the reviews up within the week!
