Repainted an old drawing I was very proud of at the time! Dirk Strider is a really cool character to draw, and paintovers are always therapeutic to me so this piece was great to work on! Homestuck still lingers in my heart...

In the end he wanted a flatter cell shaded look so I repainted the model & this was the final result. I also didnt know back then that the model was some Unity asset when he sent it to me or that the other models were stolen. I just tried to do as he asked & change its aesthetic.

The dev asked me to mimic the style of Soejima who is responsible for the aesthetic of Persona/ Catherine. I morphed the OG model's topology and repainted it to achieve this result. Here are the old WIP screenshots took back then leading up to the final result to prove this.
