Witchtember day 18 - Garbage 🗑

So my idea for this one was to have a witch in a trash can with some cat 🐈‍⬛ friends. When I sketched it out it reminded me of the wow lol dolls so I went and got a reference to see how they actually look 👀 and tweak what I needed to.

It’s a crucial question for this character - HAT or NO HAT?!? I was thinking o’ tweaking this eejits design (MAC, Chieftain o’ the HiGHLAND Clan) a wee bit and dropping his hat. But now I’m not sure. What do you guys think?!?
