one thing that made winx club so iconic was their outfits, but since the nick collab, their outfits went downhill. each winx kind of lost their sense of individuality when they started wearing uniforms/similar outfits because it limited their personal expressions & self-identity.

it goes from Union Leader (this role is taken), Soldier, Major, and General.

These are standard issued uniforms for those ranks (except the Union Leader). the lower ranks get darker colours while the more higher you are the more light your uniform is/
