Implemented blue noise dithering, color palette swapping (up to 8 colors), and color blindness simulation (all 3 kinds).

I drew my Light again. The backgrounds are presets in and I also did all the in the app too. Obviously. I also used a few cute references for the shirt on the right and the hand on the left. It was truly a journey. Anyways, I plan to draw more of him soon.
