Comparison of the Quad theropod from the trailer and Movie.

They just covered the arms with water vapor in the trailer, but what is there to hide though?

There is quite an intriguing theory that every theropod is until the hadrosaur is breathing fire. But one thing is true. Everyone is gangsta until he adds our fanart cursor with a fire-breathing dinosaur.

One of the most poorly depicted theropod dinosaur in the media

For those not in the know, I originally came up with "BowerTyrants" as a relatively tongue-in-cheek look at speculative behaviors among large-bodied theropods. After all, bowers probably didn't fossilize...

In light of the going from generic mammal to straight up theropod I decided to doodle some paradox versions of and in the same theme.

1. Torvosaurus gurneyi
2. Tyrannosaurus rex
3. Australovenator wintonensis
4. Carnotaurus sastrei

I'm basic I like big theropods :v https://t.co/zBXzX8pAkd

New blog post! Using the behaviour of modern animals to answer the century-old question: "horned dinosaurs vs. theropods: how much did horns matter?" https://t.co/XGneHd5ecO.
Starring Triceratops because it's theropods vs. ceratopsids, who else could feature?

So there's this thing with walking wake, a couple years ago I was working on a creature that was pretty similar to it. The theropod body, mane with the small head, long ass tail and feathery pants. Now I want to revisit it

🦖 Daily Dino 🦖; Santanaraptor placidus

A small theropod from Early Cretaceous Brasil with debated classification; some suggest it's South America's first known tyrannosauroid, others consider it a noasaurid.
It preserves scale impressions on the foot

Speculative Theropod Biology thread -
Behavior is one of those 'devil in the details' things about animals that can be so tricky to predict. There is very little skeletal wise to tell you alligators are good at climbing and yet they do it anyways, and surprisingly proficiently.

I was waiting to show these two side by side, they were independently requested and described by and almost at the same time, they are both based on extinction(events) and theropod dinosaurs, yet with their own different attributes and personality...

The lush forest of Paleo Pines seems to suit the with its gorgeous plum colours! 😍You can find this steed close to rivers and ponds, where it feels most at home.

I have come to the conclusion that deinonychus may have legitimately been the worst theropod to come across. Big enough to overpower you, yet small enough to where your death will be incredibly drawn out, as you're eaten, pinned down, begging for death by bloodloss

Morax but Dilophosaurus wetherilli 🔶️
one of the first large theropod carnivores.
and due to its length, it reminds me a lot of a Chinese dragon.

Charmeleon is awesome, I don’t know what it is about it that grabs me but something just clicked the first time I saw it and my opinion has never diminished. I’ve always seen it as a weird little theropod, like a retro-dromaeosaur. It’s almost a shame it turns into a dragon! 9/10
