Finished an article on a Mystical Ninja / Goemon prototype found in the gigaleak last year. Stages that range from nearly complete to barely started, differences in almost every tileset, cut and trimmed sprites, and loads of game mechanic & audio changes.

And here's the sprites! They're edited from Dream Land 2, but with some extra detail, also some of them look weird due to having to use Rolling Turtle's tileset, but either way I think it looks a lot better in motion.
