Yeah. I love the book. And it's freaking huge in the LP version, so you can see how well it's done. Also the visualisation of the red weed and the tripods themselves is really striking. I'd love to see a full movie that took this as its inspiration.

Yes, I like the hint of mosquito design of the tripods. I do believe that these paintings were a joint effort between Dey and Roger Dean but I have no idea how they apportioned the work on them.
