Phase 2 is the worst of the entire set (so far) and nothing encapsulates that like TDW. I’m still confused by the costuming choice of Roman style in a Viking fantasy, and Eccleston is wasted here as Malekith. Still a pretty movie tho!

As with all things Norse Marvel's Dark Elves are a little different. Portrayed more as insane and unpredictable than just straight up dark, Malekith is like a wilder Loki. The MCU sucks the life out of the Dark Elves and Malekith entirely.
