Vlad just laying back and relaxing.

I'm back with some more art, not my best but I still like how this one turned out.

One of my favorite side characters in Moorcock's multiverse, Sepiriz/The Warrior in Jet and Gold. I like in Hawkmoon how he's just a largely silent knight that kicks ass while in Elric's Saga he is a powerful mage that gives a ton of exposition.

In 1962 Moorcock wrote The Sundered World's, his first novel published under his own name. It also introduced his lifelong fascination with the multiverse: a landscape of intersecting alternative realities.

Príncipe de la túnica escarlata, de la mano de plata 🔥👑⚔️

Segunda confesión del Tintubre: me fascinan los personajes de Moorcock, y cualquier excusa es buena para hacer una interpretación de ellos 👁️

-Live and Learn intensifies-

Random spark of inspo, Shadow the Hedgehog as a wizard or magic user from the Young Kingdoms of Moorcock's world.

Learning to use Chaos Control and probably summon something in.

And yeah... the green and yellow emeralds ;3 Thanks Snapcube.

Vlad, drawn in a random angle I've never drawn before. So if stuff looks off that is why.

Some of the things I discussed on the Problem History of Speculative Fictions panel from last night includes Alan Moore's deconstruction of Harry Potter in League Century, Moorcock's essay Starship Stormtroopers, Spinrad's Iron Dream, and Lovecraft's 1937 letter. https://t.co/ilNg9LzdDG

My first full colour fantasy paperback commission, from Granada/Mayflower (London) at the request of for his book The End of All Songs. It led to many other commissions, for which I am profoundly grateful to Mike.

I just recently learned that all Moorcock’s paperbacks in Japan were illustrated by Amano Yoshitaku, who was selected to illustrate all of the final fantasy cover art due to it. I was shocked to learn about Moorcock’s huge influence on the creators of Final Fantasy :)

Panels from the KERKA short "Crossed Roads".
Go give it a read if you haven't yet and get a glimpse into the coming dark science fiction saga, inspired by the greats of Giger, Moorcock and Nihei.

Since I am in the mood...
Ever wondered where historical Cimmerians lived? Look it up.😏
...Although according to Moorcock here stood Castle of Mad God.
