The structure of the arms is correct, birds and many therapods pronate their arm in this fashion due to how the muscles and tendons are connected to the skeleton.

Inspired by @/anisopterror I gave my character Soren a makeover. (He isn't usually upright btw, just takin a pose). Lost his feathers so I gave him a boa.
@/arvalis's T.rex reconstruction seriously helped me understand therapod anatomy a lot better.

Ok, something that forever weirds me out is that most vertebrates have the same number of bones per digit, but therapods and birds... they just went a different direction and have an increasing number of bones per digit??? I just learned about this recently and it baffles me.
