I hate Putting bright saturated yellows, reds, and blues on theropods, especially on small horns since higher contrast works just fine and that’s probably not what they were for
I feel they were more likely used to keep sunlight out of the animals eyes like in modern predators

Day 28 There really isn't much I can say about this Cretaceous bad boy that people don't already know. Although most experts now believe it would have been feathered like most other theropods, I went sans-feathers.
